Decreasing a limit: Any request to lower your deposit or spending limit takes effect immediately. baii99 will not process deposits that would cause you to exceed a limit that is currently active on your account.

Immediate effect: Self-exclusion takes effect the moment it is confirmed. You are logged out instantly, and your account is locked. Any active game sessions are terminated and unsettled bets are voided and refunded.
Promotional communications suspended: All marketing emails, SMS messages, and in-platform notifications are suppressed for the entire self-exclusion period. baii99 will not contact you for promotional purposes while your exclusion is active.
Re-registration blocked: baii99 uses identity data to prevent self-excluded players from re-registering under a different name or email address during the exclusion period. Any such attempt will result in permanent account closure.
Requesting self-exclusion: You can request self-exclusion via Account Settings or by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Self-Exclusion Request." Include your registered email address and preferred exclusion duration in the message.
Permanent exclusion: If you choose permanent self-exclusion, your account will be closed indefinitely with no option to reopen it. Any remaining balance will be refunded to your last verified payment method within 5 business days.
After exclusion expires: For time-limited exclusions, a mandatory 7-day review period applies before your account is reactivated. You must submit a written reactivation request — accounts are not automatically reopened at expiry.
