General Terms

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and baii99 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

baii99 is an English-language online gaming platform designed and operated for the Bangladesh market. All services, communications, bonus terms, game rules, and support interactions are conducted exclusively in English. By registering, you confirm that you are sufficiently proficient in English to understand these Terms and all related platform communications.

baii99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to games, payment methods, promotional offers, and account features. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via the registered email address or an in-platform announcement. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance.

• Governing language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation, the English version takes precedence.
• Severability: If any clause is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that clause shall be severed and the remaining Terms shall remain in full effect.
• Waiver: Failure by baii99 to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not transfer or assign your baii99 account or any rights under these Terms to any third party.
• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, constitute the complete agreement between you and baii99.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an active account on baii99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. baii99 conducts age verification checks and reserves the right to request official government-issued identification documents at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must ensure that online gaming is not prohibited in your jurisdiction before registering. baii99 does not warrant that its services are lawful in all territories.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Personal use: You must be registering for your own personal, recreational use only. Using the Platform commercially, on behalf of another person, or as a professional gambling service is strictly prohibited.
• Single account: You must not already hold an active baii99 account. Duplicate registrations will be closed and any balances associated with secondary accounts will be voided.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether requested through baii99 or through any third-party responsible gambling scheme.

baii99 employs industry-standard age and identity verification processes. Where verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction, we reserve the right to restrict account functionality, suspend deposits and withdrawals, or permanently close the account. Any balance held in an account closed for age or eligibility violations may be forfeited.

Account Registration

To access the full range of baii99 services — including real-money gaming, deposits, withdrawals, and promotional offers — you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

• Accuracy of information: All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number — must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your baii99 account. Do not share your login details with any third party.
• Notification of compromise: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify baii99 support immediately. We will act promptly to secure the account, but we cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• KYC documents: baii99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (e.g., National ID card, passport), a selfie, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are approved.
• Updates to account information: If any of your registration details change, you must update your account profile promptly. Playing with outdated or inaccurate details may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
• Username and profile: Usernames must not be offensive, impersonate another person or brand, or constitute a form of intellectual property infringement. baii99 reserves the right to require a username change at its discretion.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on baii99 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following table summarises the key parameters for deposits and withdrawals across our supported Bangladesh payment methods.

• Matching payment methods: Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. baii99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the account holder's name.
• Withdrawal limits: Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and vary by account tier. VIP tier players benefit from elevated withdrawal limits and priority processing. Current limits are displayed in the account cashier section.
• Pending period: Withdrawals may be subject to a pending review period of up to 24 hours during which the request can be cancelled by the player. Once released for processing, withdrawals cannot be reversed.
• Currency: All balances, wagers, and payouts on baii99 are denominated in BDT. There are no foreign exchange fees on any supported local payment method.
• Anti-money laundering: baii99 is committed to preventing money laundering and financial fraud. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger a compliance review and temporary account hold.
• Failed transactions: baii99 is not responsible for delays or failures caused by your payment provider, mobile network, or bank. If a deposit does not reflect within 30 minutes, contact support with the transaction reference number.

Bonus & Promotion Policy

baii99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and returning players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including BPL, IPL, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page and the general bonus conditions set out below.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated on each individual promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period.
• Eligible games: Not all games on baii99 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate. Game contribution rates are listed on each promotion page.
• Bonus validity: All bonuses have an expiry date. Unclaimed or unexpired bonus funds that remain after the validity period has elapsed will be removed from your account automatically without notice.
• Maximum bet with bonus funds: While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum stake per round or bet is ৳500 unless otherwise stated. Stakes in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active in your account at any time. You must complete or forfeit the current active bonus before a new one can be applied.
• Bonus abuse: Any player found to be exploiting bonuses through techniques including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage wagering, use of multiple accounts, or coordinated bonus harvesting will have their bonus voided, any related winnings confiscated, and their account permanently suspended.
• No-deposit bonuses: Where baii99 offers no-deposit bonuses or free spins, the maximum withdrawal from such offers is capped as stated on the promotion page. Real-money deposits are not required but KYC verification is required before any winnings from no-deposit offers can be withdrawn.
• Right to withdraw: baii99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled before a player has completed its wagering requirements, any uncompleted bonus amount will be removed and the original deposit returned in full.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on baii99 are sourced from certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own published rules, pay tables, and return-to-player (RTP) figures, which are accessible via the information panel within each game.

• RNG certification: All slot, table, and instant-win games on baii99 use Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently certified by accredited testing laboratories. The platform has no mechanism to influence individual game outcomes.

• Malfunction voids play: In the event of a game, software, or connectivity malfunction during a round, the affected bet may be voided and the stake returned to your account. baii99 is not liable for any loss of profit arising from a game malfunction.
• Disconnection policy: If you are disconnected from a live game or sports bet due to network issues on your end, baii99 cannot be held responsible for resulting losses. It is your responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection before participating in real-money play.
• Game history: A complete record of all bets, spins, and game rounds is maintained in your account history. If you believe a game result has been incorrectly recorded, contact support within 72 hours of the relevant session.

Prohibited Conduct

baii99 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of fraud, collusion, abuse, or misconduct on the Platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension and permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant financial and law enforcement authorities.

• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund a baii99 account.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal after wagering deposited funds, whether through your bank, bKash, Nagad, or any other payment provider.
• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one baii99 account, whether under your own name or under false identities.
• Collusion: Coordinating play with other players in table games or live casino sessions to gain an unfair advantage, including sharing hole-card information in poker or signalling in live dealer games.
• Use of bots or automation: Using automated software, scripts, bots, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game logic.
• Exploiting software errors: Knowingly exploiting a bug, error, or technical vulnerability in the Platform to derive an unfair financial benefit. Any winnings obtained via a software error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Abuse of support staff: Directing threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing language at baii99 support staff through any communication channel.
• Intellectual property infringement: Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, software, game assets, or trademarks belonging to baii99 or its studio partners without written authorisation.

Account Suspension & Closure

Both baii99 and registered players have the right to close or suspend an account. The process and consequences depend on whether the closure is player-initiated or platform-initiated, and whether it is temporary or permanent.

• Player-requested closure: You may request to close your baii99 account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. Any active bonus funds will be forfeited upon closure.
• Self-exclusion: If you wish to exclude yourself from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons, you may request a temporary self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months, or permanent self-exclusion. • Platform-initiated suspension: baii99 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if your account is subject to a compliance review.
• Platform-initiated closure: baii99 may permanently close your account without prior notice in cases of confirmed fraud, prohibited conduct, age ineligibility, or repeated Terms violations. In such cases, baii99 reserves the right to withhold the balance subject to any outstanding investigations.
• Dormant accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or wager). baii99 may apply a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts after the 12-month inactivity threshold. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied.
• Balance on closure: Where account closure is not due to a breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.
